Legalizing Rape and Sexual Exploitation

{CBC photo of Winston Blackmore}

Rape and sexual exploitation.

Well that's what I'd call it.

This creepy pervert is attempting to get the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms to enshrine sexual predation.

Because he's been charged with polygamy.

He's had over 20 wives. Some as young as 14.

He's fathered over 80 children. Some say 100.

Don't tell me this isn't about his unlimited access to teenage girls.

Slave master comes to mind.

It's all about old men raping underage girls. And forced breeding.

And calling paedophilia religion.

  1. I totally agree. His 'religious beliefs'?! What joke.

  2. have you read "the 19th wife"? a novel that came out last summer or fall. fascinating....told in the voice of brigham young's 19th wife, who left him and sued for divorce.

a fictionalized account, but she was a real person. quite interesting. and a very vivid description of what life under polygamy is like.

I don't like the word "evil" but it surely comes to mind when sickos like this interpret the bible for their own lust.

Yes, I did and there was another book as well, a real life account by another woman and the name escapes me now.
It's all about these sick old men getting their filthy hands on children.
I just get so enraged, I think having a 14 year old granddaughter just makes it that more horrific for me.

  5. If there's any concern as to the legitimacy of these individuals, one has only to ask the question: how would Jesus of Nazareth have reacted to them?
I don't believe the answer is in doubt.

Oh the sins that are committed in his name. You've nailed it.
I think they run with the Maroni propagation theory and not Jesus on this stuff.

  7. Yes, how exactly is polygamy religious? How exactly does it increase one's understanding of life and one's place in it? All it means, as you say, is lots more sex. He's just a sex-fanatic who needs some therapy to deal with his out-of-control lust.

On the other hand, I don't quite see why polygamy is a crime. It might not do the women much good but unless as you say rape or underage girls are involved I don't see that in itself it's a serious offence.

  8. If the Supremes let this sicko go on religious grounds, I will give up on humanity. But there is a very real chance they will, because the anti-polygamy law is framed in such a way that its focus on Mormonism will be construed as banning polygamy on religious grounds, rather than as a matter of gender equity. For years, the BC pols has been told that the law needed to be re-written, but they would not get off their collective arse and do something about it. It is to weep.

  9. Ye gods! Another one living in the wrong century. He belongs in the time of Genesis when the world needed populating. Now he should be in jail for helping put the Earth in danger - as well as several other horrendous crimes against womanhood.

There is so little known about the inside cult of polygamy but from what I've read boys are also abused: as soon as they appear attractive to the young females of the cult they are tossed out into the wilderness so to speak so that old men can have free sexual reign over the harem. It hurts everyone.

Once again women and girls get the short end of the stick legally. Marginalized for the greater evil for men and their out of control paedophilia. I am beyond enraged.

I wouldn't be so kind as to say wrong century, he is merely a nasty predator who has women and young girls exactly where he wants them: always accessible to his unbridled lust.

  13. I cannot disagree WWW - he looks a real creep who will do anything to justify (even sanctify) his perversions.

  15. I don't know anything about the 'gentleman' in question, but he seems to be wanting to get away with child rape. It's as plane and simple as that and are we talking about a country called the United States here or some backward country in the tiird world?

I am always amazed as the things that go on there and that have to be legally fought in the courts, when plane ordinary common sense tells you something is very rotten in Denmark.

It bothers me to the point that I have developed a dislike for the United States, even though my daughter lives there, because it seems to be a country where people lack a determined amount of common sense and will go to court to fight for the most ridiculous rights.

I apologize ahead of time to all Americans who were born with their head straight on their shoulders.

WWW, you do bring up the most interesting subjects.

No this is taking place in Canada. He has been convicted of polygamy but he says we are taking away his 'rights and freedoms' so is taking his right to rape all the way to the Supreme Court of Canada.
